[mythtvnz] Using Universal Multi-LNB (D1 & D2)

But try this first.

Do you have 12456 or 12456000 in the Freq section of Mythtv?
dvbstream assumes the added zeros, I don't think Myth does.  This might 
be causing the error when Myth takes the LNB offset off.
