[mythtvnz] DVB-T Audio in MythTV

Hi,
Just to let everyone know, I have made some more minor changes to my branch
of MythTV and now the audio is correctly synced to the video.

Obviously you will have to build from source, but that's the price you pay for
progress I suppose ;-)

I have also synced ffmpeg libraries to revision 13808. There is still 
artifacts on the interlaced channels, but you can certainly watch TV1 & 2 ok.

Anyway, download from http://pkendall.homeip.net and report back any issues 
etc.
