The support for our H.264 video standard and HE-AAC audio standard hasn't
been fully implemented in MythTV.

In all likelyhood you will need some custom "out of tree" patches and
compile from source.

1, freeview|HD transmits in 720p, 1080i and 576i

2. MythTV doesn't support Blu-Ray

On my test rig I can output HD over Component or DVI with no issues
