[mythtvnz] Season and episode numbers in EPG?

Does anyone know if the various broadcasters plan on putting the
season and episode numbers into the transmitted EPG information?

There's a nice slot already available for it in the XMLTV
specification (http://xmltv.cvs.sourceforge.net/xmltv/xmltv/xmltv.dtd?view=markup)

That information would make it infinitely more possible to have the
recorded myth TV shows added into the TV Shows library for something
like XBox Media Center (XBMC - http://xbmc.org) which deals with
scraping all the great other information like fanart from sites like
theTVDB.com.
