[mythtvnz] Hauppauge HVR 900 tuner and Ubuntu Hardy

Just done an update on using the Hauppauge HVR 900 usb tuner as you can
now get a pre-compiled driver for Ubuntu Hardy.

Just need that working interlaced video support in FFMPEG for PAFF and H.264.
