[mythtvnz] Program not found in PAT error

Hi All,

I get the following error in my backend logfile. On googling around it seems
to be a mismatch between the EIT guide channel numbers and what I have
scanned for each multiplex.

To try and fix it, I have deleted all channels and re-scanned each
multiplex, but I still get the error. Has anyone fixed this problem and does
anyone know if Freeview has changed the eit or channel designations
recently?

I have noticed some old mythtv bug tickets on this problem, maybe it is
rearing it's ugly head again ...
