[mythtvnz] Mythphone

I'm trying to set up the Phone plug-in in mythtv, with not much luck. My 
camera appears to work fine (displaying video using luncview works fine), and 
I have set up ports for forwarding/triggering in my router, but no luck.

I get no video showing on the screen, just grey boxes, and attempting to make 
any kind of call or send an IM appears to do nothing.

I am totally new to VoIP stuff - anybody able to offer some help?
