[mythtvnz] hardware review

Hi folks,
I would like some input into my new FB/BE mythtv box that I planning 
for.  So here it goes:

1. Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L Intel + Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.0GHz CPU (E2180)
Chose this as it has optical out.  It has PCI-E x16 slot, 3xPCI-E x4 
slot, 3xPCI, I only have 1 DVB-S card anyway.  I feel that I am buying 
too much for what I need.  I have looked hard for a cheaper board with 
less expansion slot.
Can't find one with onboard s/pdif. 
2. Asus DRW-2014L1T Dual Layer SATA DVD Writer
3. 1024Mb Kingston ValueRAM KVR1066D2N7/1G DDR2-1066 Memory Module
4. Asus EN7200GS/HTD/256M 7200GS PCIE Video Card, 256Mb DDR2
Need the above as it provides component video out.  My 32" HDTV CRT 
takes component video.
5. 400w Silverstone ST400 ATX v2.2 Power Supply
6. 500Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200 ST3500320AS SATA2 Hard Drive
The above is better than my current 40GB (I know! :) ) harddisk.
7. Silverstone LC17 HTPC Media Case, No PSU, Black - cheaper than the 
rest with reasonable looks.
