If you pull the network information off the current SD transmissions you
get the following
DVB-DescriptorTag: 67 (0x43) [=
satellite_delivery_system_descriptor]
descriptor_length: 11 (0x0b)
Frequency: 19083520 (= 12.33100 GHz)
Orbital_position: 5632 (= 160.0)
West_East_flag: 1 (0x01) [= EAST]
Polarisation: 0 (0x00) [= linear - horizontal]
Kind: 1 (0x01) [= DVB-S2]
Roll Off Faktor: 2 (0x02) [= Alpha 0.20]
Modulation_type: 1 (0x01) [= QPSK]
Symbol_rate: 2248704 (= 22.5000)
FEC_inner: 6 (0x06) [= 8/9 conv. code rate]
DVB-DescriptorTag: 67 (0x43) [=
satellite_delivery_system_descriptor]
descriptor_length: 11 (0x0b)
Frequency: 19093504 (= 12.35800 GHz)
Orbital_position: 5632 (= 160.0)
West_East_flag: 1 (0x01) [= EAST]
Polarisation: 0 (0x00) [= linear - horizontal]
Kind: 1 (0x01) [= DVB-S2]
Roll Off Faktor: 2 (0x02) [= Alpha 0.20]
Modulation_type: 2 (0x02) [= 8PSK]
Symbol_rate: 2248704 (= 22.5000)
FEC_inner: 2 (0x02) [= 2/3 conv. code rate]
So it appears that they have two new half transponders using DVB-S2.
Both of these currently show 3 HD services comprising
SKY Sport 1 HD
SKY Sport 2 HD
SKY Movies HD
SM Greats HD
TV3
HD Test
Plus I've tried to perform a transponder scan using a DVB-S card and I
can't pick anything up or get a lock.
