[mythtvnz] occasionally i get no sound recorded

I have seen some sound issues pop back up again with the 2.6.24 kernel (which 
Ubuntu 8.04 uses) and IVTV. I've only seen them on the PVR150 but it wouldn't 
be suprising if it effects the 500 too.

This is mostly the "tinny" sound issue that was common on earlier versions of 
IVTV and was fixed for quite some time.
