[mythtvnz] High CPU usage decoding 720p

Thanks Steve, I gave it a go with promising results, the CPU
peeked out at 83% playing recorded video under Mplayer svn.
I know Mythtv 21.0 is due for release shortly, are these
fixes likely to be implemented in this release?
