[mythtvnz] Modelines for a 42" Panasonic Plasma 1366x768 native

I have a panasonic viera 32inch LCD (sorry model name escapes me, I am
at work) and it too give no EDID info.

The handbook did have quite a lot of info, but insufficient for me to
run it at anthting greater than 1024x768 at this point. Very annoying,
lovely TV apart from that!
