[mythtvnz] 0.21 release branched

Hi all,

In case anyone is interested the 0.21 release branch was created last night. 
It will still be a little while (weeks) until it's officially released.

One of the last feature commits to go in was moving the python bindings into 
the main mythtv tree like the Perl bindings. This means that they will be 
installed to the system path by default and my little scripts will work on 
more peoples systems :)
