Mythbuntu (like Ubuntu) uses UUID's by default in fstab. It is safe to
replace the first value in the fstab file (ie. the UUID) to the old
style device file (e.g. /dev/sdb1). Leave the mount directory the same
(ie /var/lib/mythtv). Mythtv should create the directory, but if not
you can create it yourself (make sure mythtv can write to it of
course).
