[mythtvnz] Paul's DVB-T patches

Hi Guys,

I have spent a long time watching this list and not got around to 
getting the box I had sitting around for this going until today :-)

I have setup Mythbuntu 8.10 cleanly installed with nova-t-500. Core2 duo 
2.6ghz on asus p5k board and geforce 8600.

I have added the source and Get complaints about packages - see below:
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :-)
