[mythtvnz] Ubuntu and getting updated v4l/dvb

I remember seeing a while ago that someone was packaging very up to date
versions of v4l/dvb drivers for ubuntu, with a nice repo and everything. In
fact I may have even posted about it myself. Now I can't remember where I
saw it or find the b****y post I was thinking of.

(I have a Pinnacle 73e USB device that I read will work with the newer DVB
drivers. I also know that none of my machines will decode the streams, but I
have to start somewhere. The device was on special do I grabbed one,
figuring I could 'trademe' it if it doesn't work on linux).

Help?
