[mythtvnz] "HD" in program titles

It gets it into all guides etc, whereas putting it into a description won't
be seen unless people delve deeper then the most basic of listing.

The correct way to do that is with a flag on the program - like Sky does for
widescreen, captioning, etc (and MythTV does too). Changing the title is the
wrong solution to this "problem".
