I think I've been using the Finland entry up until now - having an entry 
that is easy to understand will be good thanks.

Is there a reason not to choose QAM auto ( 
DTVModulation::kModulationQAMAuto). If for some reason a new transponder was 
setup with different parameters, it might be missed by a scan. Do some cards 
not support this?

What does the '125000' offset mean?
