[mythtvnz] Headaches with .gnomerc and .initrc in Ubuntu

I'm pretty sure nvidia overscan can be set in the xorg.conf... I'm
also pretty sure the nvidia-settings will do this for you if you run
it with sudo privileges.
If you have an older nvidia card you can try nvtv
