[mythtvnz] Older Model Skystar 2 cards?

Been in touch with Martin who has confirmed he is only getting the newer
cards now which is a real pain. The myPVR standard build is still on a
2.6.15 kernel which whilst it is old it is also very stable. Sadly that
means I can't use newer cards at the moment. Anyone got a source of older
cards?
