[mythtvnz] EIT data after DST change is broken

Isn't there a setting in Myth that allows one to specify the EIT data
source - or does it default to the first transponder on the list? Will
be looking this evening, and if that's so I will set Myth to use Sky's
EIT data.
In the meantime to preserve the WAF, Coro & the news have had their
times manually set to record - how quaint.
