It looks like the SKY EIT data is correct, for example for Ugly Betty

  <programme start="20080406203000 +1300" stop="20080406213000 +1300"
channel="1032.dvb.guide">

For freeview we get
  <programme start="20080406193000 +1300" stop="20080406203000 +1300"
channel="1036.dvb.guide">

The correct data really should look like the following, but the Sky above
is effectively equivalent.
  <programme start="20080406203000 +1200" stop="20080406213000 +1200"
channel="1036.dvb.guide">
