[mythtvnz] Hauppauge HVR4000 Card in Linux

I finally got my new HVR4000 card last night and installed it with the 
latest patches with multiproto/HVR4000 support.

At the moment driver wise the only thing working is the DVB-S  which works 
well under linux. Analog TV seems to load up , but will not tune into any 
source for some reason.
Also the FM Tuner is not supported at all as of yet and I had no way to test 
DVB-T yet (nothing I can find supports the multiprotocol support which this 
card needs for DVB-T and not being broadcast in NZ at the moment ) and there 
are no DVB-S2 stuff available to test from NZ

The downloaded latest version of the v4l
hg clone http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb
and patched via this file
http://dev.kewl.org/hvr4000/v4l-dvb-hg-2007-08-31.diff


I needed to download the DVB-T firmware for the 4000 to work.
get ftp://167.206.143.11/outgoing/Oxford/88x_2_117_24275_1_INF.zip
and then dd if=hcw88bda.sys of=dvb-fe-cx24116.fw skip=81768 bs=1 count=32522
and place in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/

mythtv finds it fine and can find/scan all the channels and views fine.
