[mythtvnz] New Sky channel

Hey all,

Just letting you know that I added the new Sky channel to the listings-sky 
feed the other day. It was in the channels.conf already but was showing up as 
MySky preview since they must have reused that PID.

If you're using tv_grab_nz-py just add;

channel=crime-investigation.sky.co.nz

to the grabber config in ~/.mythtv/ and it will get added to the database. 
You'll then need to add the channel number in mythtv-setup.
