I was hoping you might know the answer to that!

I believe that there is some support in stable. In fact I believe it is
present to some extent in my Knoppmyth R5E50. I have a new Skystar card
coming which I may just play with (with a test box and mythbuntu) for a few
days before I put it in its final home.
