[mythtvnz] Listings 1hour out of whack

I've got this happening with the Freeview EIT data. Even after updating
Ubuntu with the NZDT debian patch downloadable at:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?s=c3c4910b51ce54862544df0fcae7c81b&t=536569
Then running mythfilldatabase --refresh-all I'm still getting listings
that are an hour out. Strange thing is, some things like the 6pm news
appear to be right while other things (like radio shows on National
Radio) are an hour late! EIT time is set to 'Auto' although I tried
applying global time offsets and offsets for individual channels in
mythtv-setup but this appeared to make no difference to the schedule
displayed in the programme guide.
One thing I've heard is that PHP uses separate time settings and needs
to be treated specifically to get round this NZDT issue. That would
certainly explain why the schedule in MythWeb is 'more wrong' than the
one on the server.
