[mythtvnz] avidemux2 and sound syncing

Depends on the source of the video

1. IVTV captures might be off by 80-100 ms on the myPVR build when editing
with avidemux

2. If DVB TS streams then you need to use ProjectX to sort out the Audio sync

I use avidemux 2.x on IVTV captures quite a lot.
