[mythtvnz] MythTV Status in your MOTD

Hey guys,

I've just in quick succession released 0.2 (last night) and then this
morning 0.3.

0.2 improved the documentation a little bit.
0.3 added the rest of the possible encoder statuses (I ended up digging
through the MythTV code to find them).
