Both cards are set to always on. They aren't set to release the cards when 
not in use, I know that.

Not quite sure what's going on here, since I deleted the PVR150 completely, 
and set TV3 on Freeview to the same callsign and channel number as TV3 on 
the PVR150 feed. What db tables need to be looked at? It seems to me that 
something funky is going on in the database, I just have no idea where.
