[mythtvnz] Knoppmyth R5F1 released

I don't know, I downloaded it but I haven't upgraded yet, may do it tonight.
The mythweather issues was a myth issue not a knoppmyth issue, so if its 
been fixed in the latest version of myth, it may well be ok in knoppmyth.
Generally each version of knoppmyth gets better with fewer and fewer 
issues on each release, there isn't anyone screaming on the forums yet, 
so it looks like its a fairly safe upgrade.
