Ah right. Well a PCI version of the skystar 2 doesn't seem to be listed 
on their site anymore anyway (only a USB version) so it's a moot point I 
guess. Looks like it's a case of 'support New Zealand grey imported' and 
buy off 'the guy from TradeMe'...
