[mythtvnz] hairy.geek.nz feed unstable

I've just cleaned up my icons to make them look a bit better in MythWeb.
The lyngsat ones aren't square, which leads to some nasty stretching;
also, AltTV and Triangle were missing, and the Juice logo has been
updated. I've got a couple of improvements planned, too.
