[mythtvnz] DVB and LiveTV issues

Anyone else seen this problem

Just using the DVB channels on the same multiplex, switch quickly
between the channels but switch before the OSD has a chance to fade
properly. After a couple of quick channel changes the video slows down
and the audio gets stuttery. MythTV is struggling to get the audio
buffer full enough.

Looked at all of the MythTV mailing list issues similar to this and I
can't find a reasonable fix.

No issues with recorded shows, just LiveTV.
