[mythtvnz] Time out by one hour

ahhh, that explains it!! and has fixed it.
thats why sky tv one is correct but dvb tv one is not.
i thought it was a PVR150 / DVB issue but its actually the data thats 
the problem.
that little problem has been sending me around the bend for the last 2 days.
