[mythtvnz] New epg / source

It was stolen from xtramsn, which had a virtually identical EPG.

Nice.. and a good source of logos.

I asked Yahoo about this a couple of years ago and TVNZ was refusing to
give them the epg data. Interesting that it has finally appeared.
