[mythtvnz] Warning- XMLTV ID class - Sky Movie Greats and TV One

Ok this was bound to happen at some point, but it is damn annoying

SM Greats has the same service ID (1035) as the freeview version of TV One.

I know this will impact my customers who have both freeview and Sky on
the same box because of the way we currently handle xmltv ids.
