Just to clarify, I suggested emptying the program table (backed up 
first), so that when mythfilldatabase was run next, we could see 
exactly how much data was being loaded from the xml file.  I wasn't 
suggesting that emptying the program table is some voodoo fix for 
getting it work in general. 8)
