All sounds quite loverly...  you will find the hard drive too small in a
few months.  Everything else has masses of headroom...

By comparison, mine's a P3 600 as a dedicated frontend, and a P3 1200
backend with 4x40 Gb drives and two tuners.  Goes fine.
