[mythtvnz] Canceled recording (Recorder Failed)

Hi All

Does any one know what the above message relates too? Or more to the 
point how to fix it. I have set up a feed from the radio to one of my 
card but when ever I try to schedule a recording I get this message and 
no recording. I can listen to the radio feed in Live TV but not schedule 
a recording.

The relevant part of the log

As you can see it was a manual recording as I don't have guide 
information for the radio station. I can set manual records for other 
channels.

Any help or suggestions gratefully accepted
