[mythtvnz] EPG Help

Ok, time to ask for some help here ... I have finally decided that I
must be going nuts.

Situation, I have a a MythTV setup (based on MythDora), that has two
Skystar2 cards in it (no analogue cards - altho I must get one at some
point in time).

Currently using Transmitted EIT data for the EPG, and no real complaints
about it, but was looking at using either the epgsnoop or just
'borrowing' the listings file from nice dot net.

If I follow Nick's "EPG NZ howto - using the "nice" feed" that was
posted back in May, The listings are imported, but if I edit my channel
list (using the mythweb interface), I can't see the listings, it is
almost as tho the transmitted EIT is over-riding.  I have tried toggling
the "useonairguide" on and off etc.

I have added a artificial channel, so that I can at least see the Prime
listings and that works fine.

One thing I have noticed, not sure if relevant, is that the "freqid"
column in mythweb is blank for all of my channels, not sure if that is a
bug/error or just unused for dvb-s.

Would appreciate any ideas on what buttons I have wrongly pressed.
