[mythtvnz] Problems with Mythtv switching between Transponders

I've setup the transport editor with the following

    * 12456000 Hz (22500000) (47) (21)
    * 12483000 Hz (22500000) (47) (21)

and have scanned on both of these.
The problem is that when I test channel switching using live tv, I can 
change between C4 and TV3 but not to TV1,TV2 or Maori TV.

Ideas?
