Not Chch based, but I got my Cat5e and faceplates from Madkiwi
http://madkiwihosting.co.nz/catalog/ - was fairly good prices and
quick shipping...  Not sure if they carry RG6 though.  They definitely
have F-type connectors for the wall-plates though.
