Sure it will work. The XMLTVID doesn't have to match the actual PID of the
channel or anything, you're free to use whatever you like.
If you are using the grabber then just run it with --configure (and
maybe --config-file) and it will fetch the listings, find all the available
channels, and then ask you what channels you want to use.
If you want to do it the manual way then the below info will help.
If you want to use the new listings-sky.xml.gz then you'll want to use the
following XMLTVIDs;
One = tv1.sky.co.nz
2 = tv2.sky.co.nz
3 = tv3.sky.co.nz
C4 = c4.sky.co.nz
If you want to use the listings.xml.gz then you'll want to use the following
XMLTVIDs;
One = 1031.dvb.guide
2 = 1032.dvb.guide
3 = 1033.dvb.guide
C4 = 1034.dvb.guide
Just to clarify, the reason the file is called listings-sky.xml.gz is because
the data comes from the Sky EPG feed, not because it's only for Sky.
Confusing really.
I guess I need to start looking at incorporating the freeview data too since
there are channels there that aren't available on Sky. Unfortunately this
isn't going to happen until Sky move to H polarity or something else happens
as tuning my LNB to H messes with our Sky box.
