Just confirmed that the vbi encode process needs a reboot or
unloading/reloading the ivtv driver to prevent it messing up capture when
its turned off by setting VBI Format to None in mythtv-setup.
Guess I've found the solution to non-native resolution and 0.8 and upwards
ivtv driver versions :-) (I use non-native for compatibility with
MythArchive and making DVDs - I may go 'native' anyway because the
filesize is based on capture rate anyway...)
