[mythtvnz] Best type of splitter for Sky + MythTV DVB-S

Various options here and I wondered what the best bet is.

1. Straight splitter all ports power pass. Would mean that selecting
HPol on MythTV would break Sky.

2. Splitter with single port Power Pass - Now does the sky box hold its
port active on VPol? Would mean that MythTV can only do VPol.

3. Any other ideas?
