[mythtvnz] two skysstar cards

Fixed!!
1 - Gotta use the same video source. 2 - Gotta use the same Chan Num.
I changed the numbers on card0 to 1, 2, 3 etc when I installed it.  I 
let  card1 use the generic Nos.
I use the EPG from the DVB-s stream & haven't needed to do any fiddling 
in that department.
