[mythtvnz] HVR-4000, LIRC and channel changing time

the HVR4000 uses the cx88-input driver/module

make sure when it boots up you see:
input: CX88 IR (Hauppauge WinTV-HVR4000 as /class/input/inputX

and run lircd with

lircd --driver=dev/input --device=/dev/input/eventX   (replace X with what 
it finds in the dmesg)

then go on as normal in setting up buttons with ircrecord etc etc etc
