There is a global aspect ratio override per frontend.  I don't think
you can set it by channel, though I may be wrong.  It's called
AspectOverride in the settings table.  I think it's in
Settings/TV/Playback somewhere in the menus?  I don't have access to
the TV at the moment to check.  Have a hunt around though, it is in
there somewhere.
