[mythtvnz] Warning Sky has switched CUE to freeview

Their own EPG is now blank for 1028, with all epg data appearing on 1924
which is the freeview SID. Their broadcast appears to still be active but
I expect it to disappear in a couple of days.

Hads - you might want to tweak your EPG feed

Well it means Sky is now pulling a total of 4 freeview channels. They have
also loaded the freeview version of TV3 into a special staff only bouquet
which indicates they are interested in pulling the TV Works channels at
some point in the future.
