There is only one NZ visible transponder on Optus C1 and all of the
content is encrypted and requires a smart card.

Myself and Dean have both been looking at the Myth Code to find a way to
support NITV and Imparja. The problem is that they don't carry a PID to
map the A/V PIDs to the channel, hence the references elsewhere to
"hidden Pids".

I was considering proposing the following. If the SID/PID is "-1" then
don't do a DVB lookup, instead pick up the A/V PID values loaded into
atsc_major_chan and atsc_minor_chan entries in the channel table that
would otherwise be unused. It would need a reasonable size patch but at
the moment appears to be our only option.
